Timor-Leste is a sovereign state in the Maritime Southeast, Asia. It comprises of the eastern half of the island of Timor, standing nearby islands of Atauro and Jaco, and Oecusse, an exclave on the northwestern side of the island, within Indonesian West Timor. The nation had little to no structure in place, so the Lotus team led by Stefan Amraly traversed the entire area in adverse conditions to create an innovative design that would incorporate the area’s natural resources most effectively, they remained focused on supplying the lowest emissions possible solution to power the growing nation.
Mr. Stefan Amraly delivery of an intriguing pivotal design for Timor-Leste, they were also led to another opportunity in Egypt, where Lotus Energy created a power solution for the Southwestern Red Sea Region of Egypt, Marsa Alam. The massive project powered dozens of hotels, resorts, hundreds of homes and villas, several water parks, medical facilities, retail locations; every element requiring energy, from fully functioning medical facilities to street lights are still powered with Lotus’ reliable technology. Mr. Stefan Amraly's philosophies for providing good quality service which he as always emphasized on, even in his speech “Our Commitment to top Performance as a team remains our primary Strategy” as continued to empower Lotus to strengthen the world through efficient service provision tailored with creative designs. In addition, Lotus was later asked to design a power grid solution for multiple governments and municipalities including Gibraltar, ETF, Ports Authority among others. Currently, Lotus Energy Group is continuing its commitment to providing low emissions global energy infrastructure with a focus on deployment of distributed generation and micro-gridprojects in both the private and public sectors. Previously, Mr. Stefan Amraly served as Chief Executive Officer of American Dynamics Flight Systems which was responsible for the development of the AD150 VTOL UAV for the U.S. Marine Corps tier 3 program and the U.S. NAVY shipboard UAV program. From 1998 through 2002, Mr. Stefan Amraly served as the electronic trading platform development Analyst for Archipelago market, a platform that served to be one of the primary factors that lead to the merger with the New York Stock Exchange.

Mr. Stefan Amraly holds patents on Vertical takeoff technology, integrated power generation systems, Smart cycle generation technology, Hull suspension technology, High Torque Aerial Lift, and most recently the highly regarded Global Energy Management (GEM™) production predication and control system.
Mr. Stefan Amraly creative initiative also led to the creation of the BattleHog 100X Drone with his American Dynamics Flight Systems counterpart. The BattleHog 100X Drone is a device created with a new style of unmanned combat aerial vehicle (UCAV) a vertical that is capable of taking off and landing automatically after programmed from its control system - it is designed to operate in urban canyons and another close terrain. This 3200-pound aircraft with is equipped with a 17-foot wingspan, and a weapons load that can include two Hellfires or rocket pods and an M134 minigun.
Mr. Stefan Amraly, having run several successful trial flights, including a hover test after its development to demonstrate how helpful this drone will be in countering war fights; as been able to buy some investor into bringing this life-changing technology to live. The BattleHog 100X is claimed to have an endurance of above more than eight hours with a cruising speed of over 200 miles per hour. And a bigger version is said to be scheduled for flights in later on.
Mr. Stefan Amraly attended College of Aeronautics and Technology for Avionics Engineering and has a Master of Science in Leadership from the Columbia School of Business.
